We are seeking a

Contact Center Transformation Lead

to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based contact center solutions. This role involves leading business development efforts, driving market unit growth, managing high-impact projects, and nurturing a skilled team to deliver cutting-edge transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Contact Center Transformation


  • Lead a team in designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions.

  • Engage with clients and implementation teams to gather requirements, conduct design sessions, and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Provide regular working demos, oversee solution design, and drive implementation activities.

  • Offer best practices and industry benchmarking insights.

  • Business & Market Unit Development


  • Lead and manage RFP responses, ensuring a strong project pipeline.

  • Collaborate with market unit leads to assess and address industry demand.

  • Develop and implement innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models.

  • Team & Practice Growth


  • Expand and upskill the team through strategic hiring and training initiatives.

  • Drive knowledge-sharing by developing reusable assets, conducting industry research, and bringing innovative solutions to the contact center space.


  • Qualifications & Skills:


    Extensive experience in cloud contact center transformation and implementation.

    Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management capabilities.
