About the Role

:We are actively seeking talented Amazon Connect Contact Center Associates/Engineers at various experience levels for one of our esteemed multinational clients. If you have a passion for leveraging cloud-based contact center solutions to enhance customer interactions, we encourage you to apply!Amazon Connect Tech Lead with 5-7 years’ experience.Experience with Amazon Connect (Contact flows, queues, routing profile)Integration experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud Voice)Hands-on with AWS servicesAWS Lambda (for backend logic) Programming language Java or PythonAmazon Lex (Voice/chat bots)Amazon Kinesis (for call analytics and streaming)Amazon S3 (Storage)Amazon DynamoDBCloudWatchIAMProficiency in programming scripting Java Script, NodejsFamiliarity with CICD pipelines DevOps and infrastructure as code Terraform CloudFormationKnowledge of contact center KPIs and analytics dashboardsSolid experience in REST APIs and integration frameworks.Experience working in Agile Scrum environmentsExperience in Automating deployments of contact center setup using CI/CD pipelines or TerraformLead the end to end implementation and configuration of Amazon ConnectUnderstanding of telephony concepts SIP DID ACD IVR CTIAWS Certified Solutions Architect or Amazon Connect certification
