What You Will Be Doing


Brand Ownership & Strategic Growth

  • Own Amazon brand performance end-to-end

    – take charge of strategy, growth, and marketplace success across multiple brands, with a long-term, data-led approach.
  • Drive holistic growth strategy

    – go beyond ads, optimise everything from content and pricing to reviews and conversion levers that impact overall brand health.
  • Lead new product development

    – identify gaps, validate ideas with research, and drive launches from concept to listing to scale, ensuring every product fits the brand and market.
  • Turn insights into action

    – use performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to guide decisions and build roadmaps for both existing and new products.
  • Communicate with clarity

    – deliver strategic updates and reporting that simplify complexity, internally and with clients, to keep teams aligned and focused.
  • Collaborate with intent

    – contribute actively during internal meetings and brainstorms to sharpen strategy across the team.
  • Handle complexity with ease

    – juggle multiple brands confidently, moving fast without losing focus or quality.


PPC Strategy & Performance Management

  • Own PPC strategy and execution

    – manage Amazon advertising with a founder-level sense of ownership.
  • Optimise regularly

    – monitor campaigns, tweak keywords, and adjust bids based on real-time data to maximise performance.
  • Turn numbers into next steps

    – analyse keyword rankings and PPC metrics to develop clear, actionable plans aligned with brand goals.
  • Think beyond ads

    – advise clients on conversion rate, click-through rate, and broader performance metrics that drive growth.
  • Lead client conversations with purpose

    – translate data into meaningful updates during calls and over email.
  • Report with clarity

    – deliver weekly and monthly performance reports that are thorough, insightful, and easy to act on.
  • Adapt and apply

    – implement No Fluff’s PPC methodologies across different brands while staying flexible to each one’s needs.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon brand management experience

    with a proven track record of running successful campaigns (case studies = a strong plus).
  • Experience

    managing campaigns in the EU and/or US marketplaces

    is a must.
  • Must have experience in:

a. Inventory management and forecasting

b. Promo planning and execution

c. Working cross-functionally with creative, copy, and operations teams

d. Owning P&L for the brands you’ve managed

  • Vendor Central experience

    is preferred.
  • Proficiency in

    Amazon PPC & Brand Management tools

    – Helium 10, Sellerboard, Keepa, and other third-party software.
  • Excellent communication skills

    – fluent, confident, and on-point in both written and spoken English.
  • A strategic grasp of Amazon’s A9 algorithm, launch tactics, and the psychology behind e-commerce performance.
  • High ownership of client communication

    – quick to respond, thoughtful in messaging, and reliable under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset

    – curious about how PPC ties into brand growth and eager to contribute beyond your lane.
  • Quick learner

    – excited to adapt and apply No Fluff’s PPC playbook with precision.
  • Collaborative energy

    – someone who celebrates the team wins and contributes to a positive, performance-driven culture.

    – able to juggle multiple accounts while keeping quality and timelines intact.
