AM - SAP Finance

Job Purpose

Establish and monitor the SAP and Non SAP processes in the areas of O2C, P2P, R2R, Hire To Retire covering Budgeting/AR/AP/Reporting/Financial statement/Tax compliances MIS reporting and Audit Support.Establish and maintain the platform for Business Planning and Consolidation across the Group with SAP integration.Support SAP Finance practice in multi entity and diversified line of business environment. Also responsible for managing IT projects.Support the Lead Finance in delivering the customer satisfaction

Understand the sector Business processes, coordinate with business users for their requirements of Revenue Processes and related functionalities and map the same in SAP as a solution, Quality check and make available for SAP Production environment for executionComplete within planned time and costImproved Customer SatisfactionMonitor SLA, Attend the weekly progress meetings, report to the management on the breach of SLAEfficiency increase, cost reduction and no. of non-complianceConduct Brain Storming sessions for mapping of Better / improved processes and Re-Engineer the existing process with clear definition of SoP’s.Number of Improvements implemented per year in each of the modules sector wiseExplore the better way of integration of the existing surrounding packages to see that the data flow is seamless and is error free with required controlsBetter Utilisation of the IT assets

Accounting Process –

Designing SAP for incorporating best practices in accountingnumber of best practices mapped

Training –

Imparting regular and advance trainingsNumber of trainings conducted

Enhancements –

system improvements in the existing SAP systemNumber of improvements made

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
  

Relevant Experience

• 5 to 8 yrs of Overall Experience out of which Minimum of 3-4 years of Domain experience in SAP Finance and Accounting in Infrastructure/ Service Industry
• Exposure to Project Management Skills preferred.
