AM - Project Management

• Lead various projects at Kohler India Technical Center in Pune
• Work with global business teams on various projects.
• Customer interaction, Scope definition, Project Planning, Resource planning
• Requirements gathering
• Planning and executing various types of projects.
• Support in executing projects on time by following up with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Conducting daily/weekly meetings, follow up with teams to ensure that tasks are completed.
• Assist in Documenting and publishing the project reports.
• Assisting for flawless project execution with Project Management in ‘disciplined approach’.
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement, ISO
• Initiate and generating various reports (operational metrics)
• Benchmark and implement various methods to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Being a part of ISO team executing flawless project documentation.
  

Required

• Qualification in Engineering stream (Electronics / Mechanical / Materials Engg)
• Very Good Written and Spoken English
• Very good Presentation skills
• Should have sound stakeholder management with global counterparts (US, APAC. EMEA).
• Strong Project Management skills – Project Planning, Risk identification and mitigation
• Minimum 5 years of experience (of which approximately 4+ years in core Project Management role)
• Documentation skills, attention to details
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
  

Preference For Candidates Would Be Given If They Have

• 3+ years in Project Management role
• Experience in MS Project & related Project Management tools.
• Experience in Past roles in Engineering or Manufacturing is a bonus.
• Data Management / Data Analytics experience preferred.
• Engineering design related exposure
• Manufacturing process exposure
• PMP Certification is an added advantage.
