Job Description

Lead various projects at Kohler India Technical Center in Pune
1. Work with global business teams on various projects.
2. Customer interaction, Scope definition, Project Planning, Resource planning
3. Requirements gathering
4. Planning and executing various types of projects.
  1. NPD - Engineering Projects (Kitchen & Bath, Faucets, Other)
  2. VAVE projects
  3. Process Improvements
  4. Sustainability
  5. Compliance
5. Support in executing projects on time by following up with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
6. Conducting daily/weekly meetings, follow up with teams to ensure that tasks are completed.
7. Assist in Documenting and publishing the project reports.
8. Assisting for flawless project execution with Project Management in ‘disciplined approach’.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement, ISO
1. Initiate and generating various reports (operational metrics)
2. Benchmark and implement various methods to improve productivity and efficiency.
3. Being a part of ISO team executing flawless project documentation.
