Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

The candidate should be able to:

Lead the planning, coordination, and control of projects from inception to completion (Go-Live).
Establish strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and implement the Project Management Plan.
Prepare the project budget and manage expenditures to ensure completion within the approved budget.
Establish, manage, and control the Project Master Program.
Monitor progress against the program and develop mitigation plans in case of delays.
Implement and manage change control processes.
Identify project risks and issues proactively and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies.
Chair project meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items.
Provide timely and regular reporting on project progress, costs, key risks, and decisions required.
Assess and resolve site-related coordination and execution issues.
Perform contract administration duties as required.
Manage and oversee Health & Safety planning and implementation before and during fit-out activities.
Coordinate and manage the project handover process to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

BE/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with
5-8 years of experience
in Civil and Interior Fit-Out projects, preferably in
Retail, Commercial, or F&B industries
.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, construction processes, building systems, and site requirements.
Proficiency in
Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Roomstyler, MS Office
, and other relevant software.
