Technical /Project Manager

We need experienced managers who can contribute to critical application and product development projects. Your ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment, coupled with your leadership in implementing best practices, will be instrumental in shaping and achieving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Should be able to manage end-to-end software development activities right from Requirement gathering to delivery & sustenance 

• Coordinate with customer for developing statements of work and Technical Proposals
• Drive new Business Development initiatives
• Delivering successful customer projects
• Oversee customer expectations and relationships
• Ensure adherence to Quest processes and methodologies in project execution
• Resolve customer issues during engagements in collaboration with the Account Manager
• Ensure the customer fulfills their responsibilities during engagements
• Identify engagement risks and address major issues promptly
• Contribute to project management strategies, time estimation, and resource scheduling
• Forecast engagement revenue and resource allocation
• Compile engagement timesheets and billing data
• Generate weekly/monthly engagement performance reports
• Estimate project timelines, resource needs, and quality parameters to create comprehensive project plans
• Define criteria for project deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and cost efficiency
• Support client process analysis through needs assessment and recommend updated business models, workflows, or innovative approaches

Work Experience

• 15 - 18 years of experience in the software industry
• 5+ years of project management responsibility with end-to-end delivery
• Proficiency in cloud platforms Azure ,AWS Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, services, and best practices.
• Experience with legacy system modernization, application migration, and infrastructure optimization & Modernization.
• Experience in requirement gathering & writing Technical proposals
• Good experience in software development & Testing ; expertise in .Net ,Python and Cloud is essential
• Exposure to data engineering and data science life cycles
• Proficiency in utilizing generative AI to improve project delivery efficiency
• Competency in communication, presentation, and advanced planning
• Skills in organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management
• Experience in Agile Methodologies & PMP processes .
• Experience in running Scrum teams and scrum board using Jira or confluence 
• Understanding of Software product life cycle ,Software project life cycle is must
• Project Familiarity with HLD, LLD, and Code reviews
• Experience in Developing Work breakdown structure and Project estimation using various methodologies 
• Experience in developing &Implementing various product and project KPI’s
• Understanding of P&L aspects at project and account levels
