Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of application support principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
