Job Profile:

  • To ensure smooth functioning of HR operations, general administration, and facility management to support a compliant,

HR Generalist Functions:

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • On boarding & Off boarding
  • HR Policies & Compliance
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Employee Relations, Compliance & Audit.

Administration Management:

  • To ensure seamless operations of facility infrastructure, maintenance services, and administrative support systems in a highly regulated environment while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Manage services & liaise with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, courier, pest control, gardening, and transport.
  • Coordinate seating arrangements, space planning, and workstation setup for new employees.
  • Arrange refreshments, meeting logistics, and facility bookings as required.
  • Monitor visitor entry, ID issuance, and access control systems in coordination with security staff.
  • Coordinate employee and visitor travel bookings, guest house arrangements, and local transport.
  • Maintain vendor service records and support renewal of AMCs and contracts.
  • Supervise upkeep and cleanliness of office premises, labs, meeting rooms, and common areas.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline with a postgraduate diploma or MBA in HR with 8 to 15 years of experience in HR generalist and admin roles, preferably in a pharmaceutical CRO or R&D setup.
  • Female would be preferred first.
  • Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry norms is a plus.
  • Additional certifications in labour law, pharma compliance, or organizational development are preferred.
  • Experience handling HR operations in a regulated environment (GCP/GLP/GMP) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of vendor and facility management.
  • Experience working with AMC vendors and service contracts.
  • Knowledge of pharma workplace protocols and regulatory expectations.
  • Strong communication, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRMS, and facility management systems.
  • Excellent multitasking and coordination abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
