HR Recruiter Intern with BEST-FIT Recruitment Riders (Female ONLY)

Role & responsibilities As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will assist in the recruitment process, gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition, client interaction, and candidate management. Your main duties will include: Understanding job requirements and creating job descriptions. Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Screening resumes and conducting preliminary telephonic interviews. Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates. Maintaining candidate databases and updating trackers regularly. Supporting end-to-end recruitment process under guidance. Preparing recruitment reports and assisting in documentation. Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Preferred candidate profile Required Skills and Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Only FEMALE Candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. (preferred). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
