Job Description : Develop and implement facility management strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.Optimize the utilization of physical assets, space, and resources to enhance operational efficiency. Execute and adhere to preventive maintenance checklists for all assets, ensuring they are kept in optimal working condition. Coordinate and oversee repair activities to address any equipment or facility-related issues promptly. Administer the procurement of administrative supplies for the Head Office and Units. Monitor and track vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements. Track and control facility-related expenses within the approved budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.Ensure strict adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies pertaining to facility management.
