Alumni Relations Executive

As an Executive Alumni Relations at IIT Kanpur Development Foundation (IITK DF) in Kanpur, your role will focus on strengthening relationships between the institute and its alumni community. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies to engage alumni and enhance their connection with the Institute. - Planning and coordinating alumni-centric programs such as reunions, networking events, webinars, and mentoring initiatives. - Maintaining an updated and comprehensive alumni database to ensure accuracy and segmentation for targeted outreach. - Tracking and analyzing alumni engagement metrics for informing future strategies and measuring program effectiveness. - Fostering a sense of community and belonging among alumni through consistent and meaningful engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Postgraduate degree. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
