This includes building strong customer relationships, understanding market trends, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in electroplating. Lead Generation: Identify and approach new clients, maintain a pipeline of prospects, and convert leads into sales. Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of electroplating solutions. After-Sales Support : Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing post-sale issues. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback for management review. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in electroplating, metal finishing, or industrial chemicals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Technical understanding of electroplating processes is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
