Job Description

As an NC Programmer/CNC Lead, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in CNC programming and manufacturing engineering, particularly in the aerospace domain. Your role will involve working in a service-based engineering environment or supporting global OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in multiple CAM software platforms such as NX, CATIA, Mastercam, Creo, and Simulation tools like Vericut. - Strong understanding of GD&T, aerospace blueprints, and machining tolerances. - Expertise in programming for multi-axis CNC machines and complex aerospace components using materials like Aluminium, Steel, Titanium, etc. - Hands-on experience with tool path optimization, cutting tools, and fixturing. - Proven expertise in cycle time optimization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent). - 10+ years of experience in CNC programming and manufacturing engineering, with a preference for the aerospace domain. - Strong customer-facing skills, communication, and presentation abilities. - Proven leadership and mentoring skills for distributed teams. - Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
