Must have dealt with Govt., PSU, Corporates, Plants for disposal of scrap electronically through e-Auctions. Age should be below 40 Years Job Responsibilities* : Ensure 100% allotted Business targets achievement in scrap auction market segment. Addition of new prospects and clients in Govt., PSU & corporates Must have excellent presentation, negotiation skills to handle prospects. Extensive travelling of 15 days in a month covering near by locations for generation of new business. Coordination with various NeML internal team like market watch, finance, trade settlement, CSG and other business team members. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue in the scrap business. Timely submission of MIS, participation in weekly/monthly review meeting Prepare customer centric presentation and proposal Self-motivated and thrive for new business and volume Negotiation with the business clients on transaction charges and get agree as per company policy. Individual Contributor. Skills Required* : Minimum 5 years of experience in scrap and metal business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the scrap industry. Must have connects and have worked with Govt. departments, Ministry, PSU and Corporates. Must have excellent presentation, negotiation skills to handle prospects. Extensive travelling to 5-6 states for generation of new business. Should have handled at least 50Crturnover and having a client base of 20 clients. Go getter approach sales and business development. Good in excel/ business operations Should have scrap market understanding and technology platform, e-auction markets and process. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in aerospace procurement, with a deep understanding of material specifications, treatment processes, and supply chain management. This role requires expertise in negotiating with suppliers, comparing quotes, and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards. The candidate should have excellent leadership abilities and strong analytical skills to optimize procurement strategies and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1 . Procurement of Aerospace-Grade Raw Materials: Identify and source aerospace-grade raw materials such as Aluminum, Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Plastics, and other specialized materials. Ensure compliance with aerospace material specifications and industry standards. Request competitive quotations from multiple suppliers and analyze cost-effectiveness. Maintain a database of material specifications, suppliers, and pricing trends for effective decision-making. 2. Quote Comparison & Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed cost comparisons in Excel, analyzing price, lead time, supplier reliability, and quality standards. Use Power BI and Power Query for advanced data visualization and insights. Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiations and strategic sourcing. 3 . Aerospace Treatment Processes & Supplier Sourcing: Ensure awareness of aerospace treatment specifications (e.g., heat treatment, anodizing, plating, passivation, shot peening, etc.). Obtain competitive quotes for material treatments and ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards. Evaluate supplier capabilities for material processing and treatments. 4. Procurement of Aerospace General Supplies (AGS): Source bought-out AGS components with aerospace-grade specifications such as fasteners, bearings, fittings, and other essential components. Obtain quotes and conduct comparative analysis for procurement decision-making. Ensure AGS components meet OEM and aerospace certification requirements. 5. Negotiation & Supplier Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers for raw materials, treatments, and AGS procurement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Implement long-term contracts and supplier agreements for optimized supply chain efficiency. 6. Experience in CNC Machining Procurement: Must have prior experience working in CNC machining purchase environments. Knowledge of machined aerospace components, precision tolerances, and manufacturing processes. Ensure procurement aligns with CNC machining needs for aerospace applications. 7. Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Query for data management, procurement analysis, and reporting. Utilize data-driven insights for better forecasting, demand management, and cost optimization. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field) with a purchase/procurement background. Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in aerospace procurement, raw material sourcing, and supplier negotiations. Key Skills & Competencies: 1. Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and mentor a procurement team effectively. 2.
