Job Description

As the A&M - Alliance Partnership Manager at Ather Energy, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and profitability for the Smart Helmet line. You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to increase attach rates, manage dealers, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Collaboration with the sales ops, product, and marketing teams will be essential to successfully launch, promote, and grow the Smart Helmet product line effectively. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing both offline and D2C channels for the HALO line, overseeing inventory levels, collaborating with product and marketing teams for product development and promotion, analyzing sales performance metrics, providing training and support to sales staff, ensuring a positive customer experience, and managing the budget for smart helmets. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of proven experience in sales, merchandising, or retail management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends. Proficiency in sales and inventory management software is required, and knowledge of the automotive or technology industry would be advantageous.,
