Job Description

Looking out for AIX admin professionals, having good skills on logical volumes, troubleshooting and optimisation. Perform data analysis for the calls opened. Collect all the required logs and action performed. Work with SME team to review the logs. Prepare action plan which needs to be followed. Coordinate resolution of calls Assist in Disaster Recovery Drill like switch over testing. Monitor and analyze the logs. Resolve known issues. Support the team for infrastructure related planning and upgrades, patches. Escalations for all application related issues. Required education Associate's Degree/College Diploma Required technical and professional expertise Make proactive plan of action Performance analysis and reports Projection / forecasting of resource utilizations Co-ordination and getting RCA with support from L2 / DEV team for all S1 issues. Manage issue escalation procedures and document the same Ensure that the methodology proposed for addressing and resolving problems is aligned to the required service levels Perform periodic problem reviews for root cause analysis of all reported problems and, in conjunction with customer, establish appropriate measures to prevent recurring incidents Define service desk call prioritization guidelines, problem severity codes, and escalation procedures Preferred technical and professional experience NA
