Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service to airline passengers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Utilize Amadeus GDS systems to manage bookings, reservations, and ticketing.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments in airline technology and operations.
  • Analyze feedback and implement changes to improve passenger satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in the IT Service & Consulting industry, preferably in airline passenger support or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS systems and airline industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with international clients and teams is an asset.
