Air Freight Sales Manager

As a Sales Executive at Orchid Shipping Private Limited, you will be responsible for developing the Air Freight Product and achieving sales goals through market planning, personal sales execution, and business relationship development with key customers. Your role will involve cooperating with operations departments to provide follow-up services, generating new business, managing existing accounts, researching market trends, negotiating pricing and service agreements, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the Air Freight Product for Orchid Shipping Private Limited. - Prepare budgets, sales plans, and execute management sales strategies. - Achieve sales goals through market planning and personal sales execution. - Develop business relationships with key customers, new business, and retention. - Cooperate with operations departments to provide follow-up services. - Generate new business by identifying potential clients and creating sales strategies. - Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Research and identify new market trends, customer needs, and industry developments. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients. - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. - Plan new/existing contacts for customer retention and penetration. Qualifications: - Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - In-depth knowledge of air freight operations, international shipping regulations, and customs requirements. - Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
