Air Freight Sales Manager

As an Air Freight Sales representative at Orchid Shipping Private Limited (OSPL), your role involves promoting and selling air freight services to businesses and clients. You are expected to have a strong understanding of logistics, air freight operations, and customer relationship management to ensure the achievement of OSPL's Air Freight business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop the Air Freight Product for OSPL. - Prepare budgets, sales plans, and execute management sales strategies. - Achieve sales goals through market planning, personal sales execution, and building business relationships with key customers. - Collaborate with various operations departments to provide necessary follow-up services to customers. - Identify potential clients, create sales strategies, and generate new business. - Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Research and identify new market trends, customer needs, and industry developments. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients to close sales. - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. - Plan new/existing contacts for customer retention, penetration, and proactive problem resolution. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - In-depth knowledge of air freight operations, international shipping regulations, and customs requirements. - Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills.,
