Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that solve real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data analysis, model training, and production deployment of ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
Develop and implement AI algorithms and pipelines to automate business processes.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
Evaluate and improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, frameworks, and technologies in AI/ML.
Prepare technical documentation and present model insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
Proven experience (1–3+ years) as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and data structures.
Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and API integration for deploying ML models.

Preferred Skills

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
Exposure to MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, etc.).
Understanding of data pipelines and ETL frameworks.
Experience in building AI chatbots or recommendation systems.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
