About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled AI & Automation Engineer who is passionate about workflow automation, AI/ML integrations, and process optimization. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on n8n automation, AI-powered solutions, and API-based integrations to streamline business operations across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and optimize n8n workflows for automation.
• Integrate APIs with SaaS tools (HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create custom n8n nodes when native nodes are unavailable.
• Manage self-hosted n8n deployments (Docker/Linux basics).
• Work with AI/ML tools & APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Hugging Face, Stability AI, Replicate, etc.).
• Build automations for:
• Social media posting & AI-powered content creation
• Video/audio/image generation pipelines
• HR automation (resume parsing, onboarding, etc.)
• Marketing & lead enrichment workflows
• Development workflows (QA, test reporting, GitHub checks)
• Write scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript (for n8n) and Python (for AI/ML APIs).
• Manage workflow deployments using Docker, VPS, GitHub, and cron jobs.
• Collaborate with multiple teams (Dev, HR, Marketing, Design) to identify automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience :

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in n8n workflow automation & API integrations
✅ Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript & Python
✅ Familiarity with REST APIs, Webhooks, and Regex
✅ Experience with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Stability AI, Runway ML, ElevenLabs, etc.)
✅ Cloud & DevOps basics (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, GitHub)✅ Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills✅ Language skills: English & Hindi/Gujarati (preferred for local team collaboration)
