The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with at least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in managing business accounts. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution Stay up-to-date with current trends, hashtags, and best practices Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner Run and monitor paid ad campaigns when required Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role Strong understanding of various social media platforms and tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar Ability to analyze data and derive insights from analytics tools Creative mindset with attention to detail Immediate joiner required Only candidates residing locally in Ahmedabad will be considered.
