Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
AIF Sales Manager
to lead the distribution and sales of A
lternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
to
High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)
, Ultra-HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial product sales, a well-established network in the HNI segment, and a deep understanding of alternative investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive AIF sales by engaging with HNIs, wealth managers, private bankers, and institutional investors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective investors and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and portfolio reviews to effectively communicate the value proposition of the AIF.
- Collaborate with internal product, compliance, and marketing teams to support sales efforts.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Regularly update management on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Organize investor events, webinars, and workshops to increase awareness and build brand trust.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. MBA/CFA/CA preferred.
- Minimum 8-9 years of experience in investment sales, wealth management, or financial advisory.
- Proven track record of successfully selling AIFs, PMS, or similar investment products.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, alternative investments, and SEBI AIF regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong network among HNIs, family offices, wealth managers, and financial advisors.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
