Role Overview

As an AI Value Delivery Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for translating Sutra’s AI platform capabilities into real-world business outcomes for our clients. This is a client-facing role that bridges product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure smooth and impactful implementation of AI use cases.

You will lead implementation projects end-to-end, from onboarding and use case scoping to rollout, tracking outcomes, and ensuring that value is realized. Your focus will be on execution, stakeholder communication, and making AI work in real operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define business goals, map workflows, and identify key success metrics.
• Understand operational constraints and readiness to design realistic implementation plans.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across AI, product, and engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions are integrated into existing client systems and workflows smoothly.
• Build detailed project timelines and deliverables, own them end-to-end.
• Measure AI value delivery using performance KPIs, usage metrics, and business outcomes.
• Capture learnings and establish structured feedback loops with clients and internal teams.
• Iterate and optimize based on deployment insights.
• Act as the single point of contact for implementation-related discussions.
• Anticipate roadblocks and proactively communicate risks and resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with client teams across tech, ops, and strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in implementation, customer success, program management, or consulting.
• Proven experience driving enterprise product delivery (AI/ML or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows and value drivers (you don’t need to code, but you understand the process.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong ownership and bias for action.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with limited structure.
