Job Description:

We’re looking for an AI Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and data analytics, especially in logistics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI models to tackle logistics challenges, and a good understanding of supply chain, route planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI models to improve logistics like route planning, maintenance, inventory, and forecasting.
• Work with teams (logistics, data science, engineering) to integrate AI solutions into daily operations.
• Analyze data to find trends and insights that help improve decision-making and operations.
• Use machine learning to create solutions that support business goals in logistics.
• Monitor AI performance and make improvements based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to solve real-world challenges in transportation and warehousing.
• Stay updated on AI and logistics trends to keep improving systems.
• This keeps the main points but makes it much more straightforward

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science (logistics preferred).
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Familiar with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data analysis and working with large datasets (SQL, Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to implement AI solutions.
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of logistics software systems (TMS, WMS).
