Web Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Web Team Lead with 2–3 years of experience to guide a small team of web developers. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in WordPress and capable of handling client communications, task allocation, and basic project planning. Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding domain is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of WordPress developers.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide timely updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation and ensure the team follows best practices.
• Take ownership of end-to-end project execution from client interaction to final delivery.
• Collaborate with the sales team for proposals and technical inputs.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Ensure quality, performance, and security standards are followed.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and deployment.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Exposure to the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Basic project management or client-handling experience.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
