AI Product Manager

Education

• B.Tech/B.E or MBA from Tier-1 institutes

  (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIMs, ISB, or equivalent)

Experience

• 2+ years

  of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI/ML-driven products
• Exposure to or understanding of

  LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, embeddings

  , or applied machine learning workflows

• Identify high-value AI use cases and shape the roadmap end-to-end from data collection to model deployment
• Translate ambiguous business goals into

  crisp, actionable technical requirements

  for AI/ML engineers
• Establish success metrics that balance business KPIs (revenue, retention, efficiency) with model performance (precision, recall, latency)
• Proactively manage AI risks — hallucinations, bias, drift, and privacy constraints
• Collaborate seamlessly with engineers, DS, design, analytics, and business teams to bring AI features to life
• Continuously track the evolving AI landscape and ensure products stay ahead
