AI Product Manager

• Ability to operate in probabilistic environments where outcomes are not always 100% certain

Responsibilities:

1. AI Strategy & Opportunity Identification

• Identify high-value AI use cases and shape the product roadmap end-to-end, from data collection to model deployment
• Continuously track evolving AI technologies, tools, and best practices to keep products ahead of the curve
  

2. Product & Technical Execution

• Translate vague or ambiguous business goals into clear, actionable technical requirements for AI/ML engineering teams
• Develop success metrics that balance business outcomes (revenue, retention, efficiency) with model performance KPIs (precision, recall, latency)
• Oversee product development cycles, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, data science, design, analytics, and business teams
  

3. AI Risk & Quality Management

• Proactively manage AI risks including hallucinations, bias, model drift, and privacy constraints
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure models are reliable, safe, and aligned with responsible AI principles
