Job Purpose/Summary:-

AI Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Roadmap & Strategy

• Own the roadmap for reusable GenAI assets (templates, APIs, embeddings).
• Prioritize features using RICE/MoSCoW and validate feasibility, ROI, and reuse potential.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.

2. Pilot Leadership & Adoption

• Run cross-functional pilots to validate GenAI solutions.
• Track usage metrics, KPIs, adoption trends, and feedback loops.
• Build frameworks to quantify productivity and cost savings.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Work with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Business units.
• Act as the central advisor for AI capability integration.
• Present updates, risks, and impact to leadership.

4. Governance & AI Compliance

• Define lifecycle rules for assets (versioning, documentation, deprecation).
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, privacy, and security standards.
• Optimize tools, talent, and budget allocation.

5. Evangelism & Industry Trends

• Stay updated on LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and platform capabilities.
• Conduct demos, workshops, and training to promote AI-first thinking.

Required Skills

• 710 years in project/program management; 3+ years in AI/ML or GenAI.
• Experience managing APIs, SDKs, templates, or platform products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence/Asana; Agile delivery.
• Data-driven decision-making & strong metric tracking.
• Ability to convert tech capabilities into business value.
• Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and compliance.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: AWS ML, Google AI Engineer, PMP, Agile/Scrum.
• Technical background in software engineering/data science/MLOps.
• Experience with no-code AI tools (n8n, Copilot Studio).
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or MBA (or equivalent experience).
