Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  entire product lifecycle

  ideation, research, design, documentation, development, testing, and release.
• Conceptualize and deliver

  AI-led product features

  such as interview intelligence, chatbots, predictive analytics, and automation tools.
• Conduct

  market research

  and

  competitive analysis

  to identify opportunities for AI-driven product innovation.
• Translate business and user needs into

  Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

  , user stories, and process workflows.
• Lead and mentor a

  10–15-member cross-functional team

  (Developers, AI Engineers, QA, and Designers).
• Establish and maintain a strong

  product documentation and version control

  culture.
• Define and monitor

  KPIs, analytics, and performance metrics

  to measure success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align product initiatives with business strategy.
  
• Stay updated on emerging

  AI/ML technologies, LLMs, NLP, and automation frameworks.

• Balance innovation with structured execution for scalability and reliability.
  

Key Requirements / Qualifications:

• 8+ years

  of experience in

  Product Management

  , including

  2–3 years

  managing

  AI or data-driven products.

• Strong understanding of

  AI/ML concepts, NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.

• Proven experience managing

  multi-product SaaS platforms

  or large-scale software environments.
• Deep knowledge of

  Agile methodologies

  ,

  SDLC/STLC

  , and sprint planning.
• Proficiency with

  Jira, Notion, Figma, Postman, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Educational background in

  Computer Science, AI/ML, or Data Science.

• Prior experience in

  HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or SaaS

  environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with

  AI APIs

  (OpenAI, Google Vertex, AWS AI, LangChain) and data privacy or AI ethics standards.
