AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager at ixigo, you will be at the forefront of travel tech innovation. Your role involves driving the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products, collaborating with tech, design, data science, and business teams. Your mission is to identify and solve travel-specific challenges using Artificial Intelligence, building, launching, and scaling products to enhance user engagement and redefine the travel experience. Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap focused on leveraging AI to solve core customer problems, based on in-depth market research. - Define clear travel-specific problem statements for AI/ML solutions and explore new opportunities for innovation through brainstorming and customer research. - Lead the development of AI products, working closely with engineering, machine learning, data science, and design teams to ensure timely delivery and optimized user experience. - Utilize data analytics to track AI product performance, define key success metrics, and make data-driven decisions for growth and optimization. - Take complete ownership of the AI product lifecycle from concept to continuous improvement, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and ethical AI practices. - Effectively communicate the AI product vision, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in the AI/ML space. - Deep understanding of AI landscape developments, including LLMs, NLP, and machine learning concepts. - Strong ability to identify consumer needs and translate them into well-defined problem statements for AI solutions. - Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making and measuring AI model impact. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels. - Technical proficiency with design and analytics tools, engineering or data science background preferred but not necessary.
