Responsibilities Sr. Director, Product Management would be a leader who will help continue the innovation on the core Icertis Platform. Icertis is looking for a Product Management leader as an integral part of its Senior Leadership team. This leader will be joining a highly reputable, high growth and well-funded CLM SaaS start-up as we grow our Product Management Organization! The ideal candidate is a Product Management professional, with deep leadership experience, with a track record of bringing innovative products to market. This professional will be passionate about a cloud/SaaS business model and has impeccable product management skills. This leader will anchor decisions in strategy and defend them with data, have experience in running a successful product team, and thrive in a startup environment. The candidate will immediately get involved in the following initiatives: Working closely with CTO and Head of Engineering to own the definition of strategy and roadmap that creates sustainable differentiation for the next generation of Icertis Enterprise Contract Management platform and applications. Understand and define core capabilities needed in the platform to enable self-service implementation, deployment of the ICI product by customers and service providers. Working with business apps team, professional services and customer support to identify capabilities needed to build, deploy, upgrade new business apps and/or technical configurations. Identify and define tools and technologies to optimize implementation tasks, support tasks, deployment task etc. to reduce the cost of implementation and support. Champion product capabilities that deliver a delightful user experience, ease of use and ease of administration. Manage the entire product cycle including release management Interfaces and proactively manage requirements from stakeholder groups inside and outside of Icertis to prioritize capabilities and deliver a winning product across customer segments and business functions. Lead the Icertis platform AI strategy and implementation. Work closely with sales to support pre-sales activities Build relationships and work closely with engineering and architecture functions to ensure alignment. Work closely with Marketing to facilitate and support positioning, messaging, analyst relations, event presentations, content creation and GTM activities. Qualifications Strategic Thinking: The Leader will have the ability to understand a rapidly evolving technology marketplace and lead the development of a comprehensive product roadmap. This will manifest itself in having a data-driven approach to understanding the customer requirements and market insights and the ability to design distinctive and differentiated product capabilities. Having made timely and well-informed investment and product portfolio management decisions 3-5 years into the next business cycle. Further evidence of this orientation will include notable product successes in the marketplace, having taken calculated risks by challenging assumptions and conventional wisdom with specific, supported, reasoned proposals.
