Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Ticketing Agent located in Gurugram. The Travel Ticketing Agent will be responsible for handling ticket reservations, providing travel information to customers, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also assist in resolving booking issues and maintaining accurate records.
