About the Role -

AI-First Motion Graphics Artist

Key Responsibilities

• AI-First Creative Execution

  : Conceive, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics and video content with an "AI-first" mindset.

• Prompt & Iteration:

  Utilize working experience in generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion) to rapidly prototype and achieve precise visual results.

• Workflow Integration:

  Seamlessly integrate AI-generated assets (images, video clips, textures) into the final production pipeline using industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Visual Storytelling:

  Translate concepts into compelling, visually stunning motion sequences for digital campaigns and brand content.

• Trend Exploration:

  Actively research, test, and adopt emerging AI tools and techniques to ensure cutting-edge creative output.

Skills & Qualifications

2 - 4 YEARS Motion Graphics & Video Expertise (Key Selection Factor)

• Proven working experience in

  Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong foundation in animation principles, graphic design, and visual hierarchy.

• A standout video portfolio

  showcasing creative range and sophisticated motion design.

AI-First Thinking & Technical Proficiency

• Working Experience in Generative AI Tools:

  Hands-on experience creating production-ready assets using text-to-image and text-to-video platforms (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML).

• Gen AI Prompts:

  Ability to write effective, detailed prompts and iterate rapidly to guide AI output toward specific creative goals.

• Iterative Mindset:
