Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated AI Generalist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, automation tasks, data processing, and LLM-based application building. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Python, machine learning fundamentals, and modern AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in building and fine-tuning machine learning and NLP models.

Develop small-scale prototypes and AI automation tools using Python.

Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) for real-world use cases.

Support development of RAG-based systems, chatbot workflows, and data pipelines.

Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI features into applications.

Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, annotation, and exploratory analysis.

Contribute to prompt engineering and optimization of AI-driven tasks.

Test, evaluate, and document models, datasets, and system workflows.

Required Skills

Strong foundation in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

Basic understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and API integration.

Knowledge of ML concepts: classification, regression, evaluation metrics.

Familiarity with FastAPI/Flask, Git, Jupyter Notebook, and basic deployment.

Good problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn advanced AI/ML techniques.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Exposure to LangChain, AutoGen, or other agentic AI frameworks.

Experience in data engineering or backend development (optional).
