AI Generalist

As an AI Generalist at our company, you will be instrumental in driving our AI transformation by designing, integrating, and deploying intelligent systems that enhance advisory services to be smarter, faster, and more personalized. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement AI solutions utilizing frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face. - Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows, chatbots, and recommendation systems for our investment and advisory platforms. - Integrate AI APIs (LLMs, NLP, ML models) into production environments using Python, Node.js, or REST APIs. - Fine-tune small to mid-size models for tasks like sentiment analysis, recommendation, and portfolio classification. - Design and optimize prompts for various advisory and reporting tasks. - Collaborate with data teams to clean and prepare datasets for training and evaluation. - Work with product and engineering teams to embed AI into customer experiences, dashboards, and decision support tools. - Continuously evaluate and benchmark AI model performance and accuracy. - Research and experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques relevant to fintech and investment automation. - Ensure AI governance, explainability, and compliance alignment, especially in the context of financial advice. Required Skills: Technical Core: - Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, FastAPI). - Familiarity with LLM frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers. - Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals such as classification, clustering, regression, and vector databases. - Experience building AI automations using APIs, no-code tools (Make, Zapier), or SDKs. - Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI deployment. - Comfortable using embedding models and vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma. Applied AI Skills: - Hands-on experience designing prompt chains and evaluating LLM responses. - Ability to build quick prototypes using Streamlit or Gradio apps. - Experience with generative models for summarization, Q&A, and personalization. - Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature extraction, and lightweight model tuning. Soft/Strategic Skills: - Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset. - Ability to take ownership from idea to working demo to production. - Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business impact. - Curiosity-driven with a passion for exploring new AI capabilities and trends. Nice-to-Have: - Experience in fintech, financial markets, or advisory automation. - Familiarity with risk scoring, portfolio analytics, and sentiment analysis. - Exposure to RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and vector search. - Prior experience integrating LLMs into chatbots, dashboards, or CRM tools. - Basic understanding of data privacy, model security, and compliance frameworks. Education: - B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - Certifications in AI/ML or LLM development are preferred but not mandatory.,
