The Role: Why It Matters

This is not your average full-stack role. As an AI-native engineer, you’ll directly drive our internal AI adoption and build the foundation for our product’s next growth wave. You’ll be the multiplier who empowers engineers, product managers, and ops teams to ship faster, safer, and smarter—by embedding AI at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Work On

• Architect and build production-ready apps, APIs, and internal tooling with AI-paired development
• Create internal agents for QA automation, documentation, release workflows, and L2 support
• Integrate LLMs into dev workflows (e.g. Claude for test case generation, GPT-4 for code review)
• Build scalable backend services (Node.js/Spring Boot) and frontend UIs (React 19/Next.js)
• Help define SabPaisa’s AI-native engineering standards, prompt libraries, and codegen templates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, DevOps, Design, and Compliance

What You Bring

• 7–8 years of full-stack experience building real-world, scalable applications
• 2+ years of hands-on AI-assisted dev (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, GPT-4, etc.)
• Proven experience with one or more modern stacks:
• Frontend: React 18/19, Next.js, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js (Express/Nest) or Java (Spring Boot)
• DB: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes (plus if you’ve LLM-automated these)
• Solid understanding of LLM APIs, LangChain, or prompt engineering a huge plus
