Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop a

    voice and chat-based conversational AI

    using

    LLMs, NLP, and Speech Recognition (ASR + TTS)

    .
  • Integrate

    emotion detection

    and

    sentiment analysis

    from both

    voice

    and

    text

    input.
  • Build

    reminder and notification modules

    (medicine, meals, appointments, etc.).
  • Develop

    simple interactive mental games

    and

    wellness check-in workflows

    .
  • Enable

    multilingual support

    (English & German).
  • Implement

    real-time alert/escalation system

    for caretakers or family members.
  • Integrate with APIs (e.g., Twilio, WhatsApp, or Alexa/Google Assistant).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and healthcare domain teams to refine conversational flows.
  • Ensure

    data privacy and security compliance

    (GDPR, HIPAA).

  • Required Skills & Experience:


    • Proven experience in

      Conversational AI / Chatbot / Voice Assistant

      development.
    • Strong hands-on experience with one or more frameworks:

      OpenAI, Rasa, Dialogflow, LangChain, or Whisper

      .
    • Proficiency with

      Python / Node.js

      for AI backend and API integrations.
    • Familiarity with

      speech technologies

      (e.g., Azure Cognitive Speech, Google Speech API, Amazon Polly).
    • Experience with

      emotion recognition/sentiment analysis

      models (e.g., Hugging Face transformers).
    • Knowledge of

      LLM fine-tuning and vector databases

      (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
    • Understanding of

      real-time event handling

      , notifications, and third-party integrations.
    • Ability to build

      secure, scalable cloud-based applications

      (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Bonus: Experience in

      elder-care, healthcare, or mental wellness

      products.
