Position Overview

Team Lead or Senior Software Engineer

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on technical background to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for web, mobile (iOS/Android), AI/ML, and UI/UX design projects
• Coordinate between developers, designers, QA, and clients to ensure alignment of deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and project communication
• Drive project planning, sprint planning, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Conduct R&D to support product and process improvements
• Lead and participate in client meetings, including late-night discussions when needed
• Assist in recruitment efforts – conducting technical interviews and team evaluations
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Senior Software Engineer
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record in project management or handling cross-functional teams
• Experience managing remote team is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to attend late-night client calls (if needed)

Preferred Technical Exposure

• Web and mobile app development lifecycle
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies (a plus)
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
