Position Overview The ideal candidate should currently be working as a Team Lead or Senior Software Engineer , with the desire and capability to transition into a Project Management role. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on technical background to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle for web, mobile (iOS/Android), AI/ML, and UI/UX design projects Coordinate between developers, designers, QA, and clients to ensure alignment of deliverables Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and project communication Drive project planning, sprint planning, timelines, and resource allocation Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget Conduct R&D to support product and process improvements Lead and participate in client meetings, including late-night discussions when needed Assist in recruitment efforts – conducting technical interviews and team evaluations Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Senior Software Engineer Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven track record in project management or handling cross-functional teams Experience managing remote team is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Willingness to attend late-night client calls (if needed) Preferred Technical Exposure Web and mobile app development lifecycle Familiarity with AI/ML technologies (a plus) Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) How to Apply If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, please send your updated CV to: hrmanager@mansainfotech.com
