About The Role
We are seeking experienced AI data engineers with strong Python expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with one of the world's top Large Language Model (LLM) companies, contributing directly to the enhancement of AI models' reasoning, understanding, and coding capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to generate, evaluate, and refine high-quality datasets used for fine-tuning and benchmarking large language models. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development, with a proven track record of writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Python scripts for AI data generation, evaluation, and processing tasks.
- Design and refine prompts to evaluate model responses accurately and effectively.
- Create and curate datasets for supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
- Analyze model outputs, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback to enhance model performance.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to ensure data quality and relevance for AI training and benchmarking.
- Participate in regular reviews, testing, and documentation to support continuous improvement efforts.
