AI Lead Engines


hands-on AI Marketing & Automation Specialist


Role Overview


You will be responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing automation-driven marketing systems using AI, CRM platforms, and automation tools.


This is a highly technical, strategic, and execution-focused role—not a “task executor.”


You will:


  • Design and implement

    end-to-end automation flows

    : lead capture → qualification → nurturing → booking.
  • Research, prototype, and deploy

    AI-driven funnel systems

    .
  • Integrate marketing workflows across CRM, ads, landing pages, email sequences, chat funnels, and sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to deploy systems for clients.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build automation using

    n8n, Zapier, or Make

    .
  • Implement strong CRM workflows using

    GoHighLevel (preferred)

    or similar tools.
  • Create lead qualification pipelines, AI chat funnels, and automated follow-up systems.
  • Integrate marketing stack tools (landing pages, forms, CRM, analytics, messaging, email).
  • Develop dynamic nurturing sequences (email & SMS) that convert leads to booked calls.
  • Test, document, and optimize systems—pushing improvements based on performance data.
  • Research new tools, AI models, and automation frameworks to improve performance.
  • Assist in implementing AI lead engines for client projects.
  • Work closely with the founder, with high accountability and ownership.

Required Skills & Experience


Automation tools:

  • n8n, Zapier, Make

    (at least one of these at an advanced level)

CRM & Marketing Systems:

  • GoHighLevel (preferred) or similar sales & marketing CRMs
  • Understanding of funnel mechanics, lead magnets, offers, and nurturing flows

AI & Marketing Technology:

  • Experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools
  • Awareness of AI marketing concepts & automation strategies
  • Ability to use AI for research, content, qualification, lead scoring, or outreach

Real-world experience:

  • Proven track record implementing marketing / automation workflows
  • Ability to present past projects or examples of systems built


Bonus Points


  • Built client automation systems or AI marketing engines
  • Background in B2B lead generation or revenue operations
  • Experience with outbound automation, appointment funnels, or sales pipelines
  • Knowledge of data enrichment APIs, scraping, or lead scoring
