Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI Agents Developer (Full Stack) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent integrations and backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and AutoGen framework. The role emphasizes backend services, API orchestration, and surfacing intelligent agents in Microsoft Teams using the M365 Agent Toolkit—not developing AI models. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of practical experience in backend and API development, agent integrations, and enterprise application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend & API Development

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Implement RESTful and WebSocket endpoints to expose agent capabilities.
• Integrate with Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI Services, and third-party SaaS tools.

2. Agent Integration

• Build and extend agents using AutoGen and Semantic Kernel frameworks.
• Orchestrate multi-agent/multi-context workflows using MCP (Multi-Context Protocol).
• Surface agents in Microsoft Teams with M365 Agent Toolkit (Adaptive Cards, notifications).

3. Data & Workflow Integration

• Work with Cosmos DB, SQL/NoSQL databases, and APIs to support agent operations.
• Leverage Azure OpenAI Services for intelligent data processing and summarization.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data handling in agent workflows.

4. CI/CD & Deployment

• Deploy services to Azure App Service, Functions, or Container Apps.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Monitor availability, scalability, and performance of deployed solutions.

5. Collaboration & Mentoring

• Partner with product managers to design smooth workflows.
• Mentor junior developers on API integration, backend best practices, and Teams integration.

6. No-Code/Low-Code Integration

• Enable backend agent integration with Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents.
• Ensure API connectivity for non-technical user workflows.

7. Research & Best Practices

• Stay updated with emerging technologies in backend, API, and agent integration.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, templates, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/related field.
• 2–3 years of backend development and API integration experience.
• Strong skills in Python and FastAPI for high-performance API development.
• Experience with AutoGen framework or equivalent for agent orchestration.
• Integration experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Graph API, Azure OpenAI, and MCP.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, JSON, authentication, token management.
• Proficiency in Azure services (App Service, Functions, Container Apps, Cosmos DB).
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to Power Automate/Power Virtual Agents.
• Problem-solving and strong communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Real-time agent frameworks with WebSockets.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Cards & M365 Agent Toolkit.
• Exposure to multi-context agent orchestration patterns (MCP).
• Containerization/microservices knowledge (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Client-facing experience: translating business needs into solutions.
• Relevant certifications: Azure Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate.

Pay: ₹431,927.07 - ₹1,643,538.66 per year
