Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct soil analysis, fertility testing, and make recommendations for soil improvement.
Advise on crop rotation, irrigation, pest and disease control, and harvesting techniques.
Develop and implement sustainable farming practices to enhance yield and reduce environmental impact.
Monitor crop performance and diagnose issues related to plant health, soil, or pests.
Plan and conduct field trials to evaluate new seed varieties, fertilizers, or crop protection products.
Collect and analyze agricultural data and prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest research, technology, and regulations in agriculture and agronomy.
Collaborate with farm managers, agricultural engineers, and other specialists to optimize production.
Train and support farm staff in implementing best agronomic practices.
Ensure compliance with agricultural laws and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any stream.
Freshers who are having interest in agriculture can apply.
Bike is mandatory
