Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements for various non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, HR, Admin, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, BPO, etc.).
Source relevant profiles through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, internal database, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
