Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution: Plan and organize rice seed production across assigned acreage. Coordinate with grower leaders and farmers to meet production targets. Ensure all field-level operations align with company agronomic standards. Quality Assurance: Implement quality systems and SOPs for rice seed production. Monitor and ensure product quality meets defined specifications. Facilitate training on best production practices for growers and staff. Grower Engagement: Identify and onboard suitable grower leaders and villages. Maintain strong relationships with growers and grower leaders. Educate growers on agronomic practices, input usage, and compliance. Compliance & Safety: Drive HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and CSR initiatives.
