Openings Location: Ahmedabad, Surat, Palanpur & Vadodara Role & responsibilities: Sales Target: Planning and execution to Achieve the Monthly, Quarterly and annual sales Targets Farmer Engagement with BTLs activities & Product Promotion: - Connect directly with farmers and end customers to promote the usage of SPB products in the agricultural domain. - Execute marketing programs and incentives that resonate with farmers, ensuring greater involvement with SPB Borewell submersible pumps. - Champion the performance of SPB products by conducting Field demonstrations highlighting the USPs and Benefits of the Borewell submersible pumps. Feedforward and Feedback Communication for strengthening Dealer & Farmer Relationship Management: - Ensure proper placement of SPB products at dealer and farmer levels. - Regularly gather feedback from dealers and farmers regarding product performance and customer satisfaction. - Understand the customers real need and provide the feedback to State head. - Inform Farmers and related End users on Various schemes that are launched from time to time. - Collect Competitor Information as prescribed. Enquiry and Order Management - Collect Enquires and Orders as received from the Farmers and End Users - Provide the Enquiries and Orders to the State sales head - Problem-Solving, Trouble Shooting, Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge - Ability to identify and address technical issues faced by customers and more importantly providing guidance on choosing the right pump based on factors like water source, land size and crop type.
