Exp : 15+ Years Qualification : M.Sc - Agri Work Location : Hyderabad Notice Period : Upto 30 Days Purpose of the position: 1.Monitor compliance to Fld QA norms as per NSL Quality policy at all growth stages in the field crops & FSP . 2.Handling market complaints , investigation of root cause & making proposals for redressal . 3.Alerting the management in the case of serious quality problems. 4.Bringing awareness of quality consciousness . 5.Active participation in successful completion of internal & external audits. 6.Preparation of Capex & Opex budget of Fld Q.A. Deptt. Periodical Review & Implementing measures to keep the expenses within the budget. 7. Conducting monthly VCF meeting . Giving monthly report of Fld QA operations status. Role & responsibilities 1 .Coordination with production team for knowing the progress of sowing in each season. Planning & fixing targets of Field Inspections of Field Crops Incl FSP with the Fld QA Team. 2. Working out manpower requirement & planning of hiring temporary staff. 3. Ensure Fld QA audit of 100% of FSP area & about 70 % of HSP area. 4. Coordination with Production Team for conducting Fld QA audits , Periodical review of the progress of Field Inspections by the field QA Team Vis -a-Vis target. 5. Ensuring rectification of non- conformity plots, through timely follow up with production team.

You will analyze business requirements, design and configure effective CO solutions, and provide ongoing support and enhancements to ensure that our clients achieve their financial management objectives. Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP CO solutions. Design, configure, and implement SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Inventory Valuation, Actual Costing and Profitability Analysis. Provide end-to-end support for the entire life cycle of SAP CO projects. Work closely with other SAP modules to ensure seamless integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Officers/MDOs and ensuring the effective execution of strategies to achieve territory sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Achieve territory sales targets, PDA/PSA targets, and drive channel expansion. Oversee and manage Market Development Officers (MDOs) and optimize route plans. Conduct assessments for potential new distributors. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain strong customer relationships. Stay informed about state and central government schemes or subsidies related to Agri-inputs, and effectively communicate this information to farmers to help them leverage available support. Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets, activity targets, and collection targets. Enhance team productivity and contribute to market share growth and penetration within the territory. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience, with a strong background in the Agri and Seed-based industry. Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales operations, distribution channels, and market dynamics within the agricultural sector. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a field-based role.
