01. Role Description: This is a strategic middle management leadership role responsible for end-to-end management of seed plant operations, including cob drying, seed processing, and finished goods packing. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient functioning of the plant within the approved OPEX budget. The Plant Manager is accountable for executing supply planners packing and dispatch plans, delivering quality-compliant seeds to market, preventing sales loss, minimizing customer complaints, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards. 02. Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Science B.E. / B.Tech from a recognized university 03. Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in comprehensive plant operations including cob drying, seed processing, and packing, preferably in the seed industry. 04.
